Medical Application Requirements
If you are applying for a UK Pilot or ATCO medical, you must create a CAA Portal account and complete your medical application online via Cellma before attending your appointment. This is a mandatory requirement for all applicants.
For those applying for an EASA Pilot or EASA Cabin Crew medical, please ensure you complete the EASA Medical Application Form in advance. Applicants for an EU medical should also complete the Mini Mental Health Questionnaire and bring it with them to their assessment.
Our Appointment System
At ESMS, our online appointment system is securely hosted in the UK and fully compliant with GDPR and UK Data Protection legislation. The system is straightforward to use and does not require any prior experience.
